YWCA Cambridge is the city's largest affordable housing provider for single women through its 103-unit Tanner Residence and a 10-unit emergency family shelter. Collegiates have chosen to partner with this organization for many years. We are proud to extend our partnership and support to them as we return to Cambridge to not only celebrate our shared sisterhood but also our shared commitment to public service. As we commemorate 45 years of raising the bar, we are also cultivating our legacy of impact by meeting the YWCA's highest need.

WHAT: Beauty Supply Drive for the women living in the shelter. (If you’d like to purchase your supplies from a Black-owned e-commerce site, consider supporting Beauty, Braids, and Beyond)

WHEN: Reunion Weekend (Bring supplies with you for drop-off on Saturday or Sunday)

REQUESTED SUPPLIES: 

• Lotion (The women love shea butter)

• Shampoo and Conditioner (Especially to nourish kinks and coils)

• Makeup

• Perfume and Body Sprays

• Hair Ties and Scrunchies
